These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xBot software ("Software") and the website playwithxbot.com ("Site"), operated by xBot ("xBot", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and purchase a subscription. By using xBot you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Software solely as described in these Terms. You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices;
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Plans, billing, and renewals
xBot offers a free tier with limited functionality and paid Premium subscriptions ("Premium"). All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and are subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment data — we never receive or store your card details.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal or by emailing support@playwithxbot.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase of a subscription. See our Refund Policy for details. Refunds are processed through Paddle.
6. Acceptable use and third-party services
xBot automates virtual controller, keyboard, and mouse inputs at the operating-system level for the user's own gameplay sessions. Automating inputs in online games or cloud-gaming services may violate the terms of service of those third-party platforms (including Microsoft / Xbox). You are solely responsible for your use of the Software and for any consequences, including account suspensions or bans on third-party platforms. xBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft, Xbox, or any game publisher. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or penalties resulting from your use of the Software.
7. Intellectual property
All Site content and Software code are the exclusive property of xBot or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You acquire no ownership rights in the Software by using it.
8. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any specific game or platform.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brazil, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
