We want you to be happy with xBot. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund. All purchases and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of an xBot Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.
2. How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- Email support@playwithxbot.com from the address on your account, mentioning your order/receipt number; or
- Reply to your Paddle purchase receipt, or use the link in that email to contact Paddle Buyer Support.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
3. Renewals
Premium subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are not covered by the 14-day guarantee. To avoid being charged for a new period, cancel before your renewal date — from the Paddle customer portal or by emailing us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
4. Free tier
The free tier is free of charge, so no payment and no refund are involved.
5. Exceptions
We may decline a refund in cases of evident abuse — for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles. Where mandatory consumer-protection law (including Brazil's Consumer Protection Code) grants you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
